SOME 200 LUXURY DESIGNER WATCHES, INCLUDING ROLEX AND CARTIER, WORTH AN ESTIMATED 300 MILLION YEN ($3.2 MILLION) WERE LOOTED FROM AN UNMONITORED AREA OF A BOUTIQUE IN TOKYO'S OPULENT GINZA DISTRICT, SIGNALING AN INSIDE, JOB POLICE SAID. POLICE SAID SENSORS DID NOT MONITOR THE AREA WITH THE BROKEN SHOWCASES. AN EMPLOYEE DISCOVERED THE BREAK-IN WHEN HE REPORTED FOR WORK EARLY.
